• Try turning off caching
  • This can either be done via a plugin or your hosting provider offers this functionality (especially WPEngine caused caching issues in the past)
  • Why could this solve your issue? Caching might lead to cached course content and thus leading to corrupt visual display. In case turning off the cache solved your issue, you might want to consider turning it on again and only setting an exception for your courses pages.

Hi, Sorry for the late reply. There are other plugins out there allowing you to import students/users. Students of the WP Courses plugin are basically “normal WP users”. I hope this helps. Best
