Van Hooreweder

Even since the latest version about which they say a programming problem is solved, I get the same message when I try to activate the plugin:

“Sorry, WooCommerce needs to be installed before you can activate Spocket. Back to Plugins page.”

WooCommerce is installed although I haven’t done a test purchase but the paypal popup opens and you can log in. At the moment I only ship within Belgium. Is that the reason? Then just tell me for which other countries I have to enable shipping to make the Spocket work.

Why can’t I submit a new topic?

@spocketsupport, sorry I don’t get the plugin activated. It always says “You must first install Woocommerce”. I also have (now desactivated for Spocket plugin) Doubridge plugin with which I don’t have all those problems.

Wasn’t that because the product images directory was not writable?

Hi, how did you install it? I always get “Woocommerce is not installed” when I try to activate the plugin or reactivate. You say something about “Free shipping”. I didn’t know that yet!

literally. Why exactly I stopped making child themes I don’t know. Maybe because I had to copy too many files a.o. header.php and footer.php.

Look he still updates his plugin but the last support post was 3 years ago.

No idea. I think you have to use it as it is. Why don’t you search contact with the programmer and suggest him to write a variant?

Maybe you want to adapt the output? I don’t see any other solution than put the support page with the explanation in the google translator also. It’s not so difficult.

Okay, thanks. Another question while someone is answering: I have the impression that the program doesn’t look for posts to overwrite when it is on a CRON job. I have always duplicated series of input whit CRON, not when done with the manager. Or do I do something wrong?

Probably most viewers got lost on your site that you have no reactions yet here. I would say be glad that you have still a proof of visitors. You can surf without “telling” your nationality and who knows anonymously also. I don’t know if those recipes are with alcoholics but Google can’t stand that. Not that I’m perfect at that point. Related to that I’m quite curious what my campaign to increase my Google rank of this week will deliver.

What does it give when you try it out?

Do you have in your query: ‘order’ => ‘date’, ‘orderby’ => ‘ASC’?

In that case the “ASC” must become “DESC”. Because by default, when you don’t write anything it orders descending by date.
