Ok, I think I figured it out. If you marked you had a kid under age of 4, it wouldn’t let me submit. I fixed it and it’s now working. Thanks.

It still isn’t working for me. I hit submit and the whole screen just jumps up to childs birthdate. It doesn’t submit at all, just jumps up the screen. Idk how to add a screenshot from my phone.

There is no error at all. The whole form just jumps up a bit on the form. That’s it.

Now it’s not letting me submit from anywhere. I don’t know what happened.

I “deactivated” all of my plugins AND switched to the Twenty Twelve theme AND updated WP to WP 4.74 with the following results:

#1 (from above) does not occur (it DOES occur when I turn off all plugins but use MY theme)

#2 (from above) is still an issue

#3 (from above) is still an issue

Any other suggestions?

Can anyone tell me if these problems are related to the Cherry theme that is installed on my website?

I don’t think this is theme related — i deleted everything “Cherry” related and went back to my old theme and still having same issues.

I even did the whole “clear cache, etc” thing . . .

No change!

Is there I can have access to a version of the plugin prior to 2.5 so I can do a roll-back and see if that works ?

I activated the old theme (not a Cherry framework child-theme) and still have the same issues.

When I re-activated my (new) current theme, I got the following at the top of the screen:

The error goes away when I deactivate the AI1 plugin
