I have found a multisite plugin, Multisite Store Viewer. It does not add the smaller sites to the homepage menu, but it has the main idea which is putting all multisites in one page. It doesn’t solve my problem, but it has the idea.
I wonder how big sites that use Multisite like Edublogs, and BBC America pulled this off.
