Yes, I enabled it.
I am not using any caching plugin. However, I am using managed WordPress service of GoDaddy which has a built-in caching feature. I checked wp-config and approved that caching is disabled.
In any case, I flushed cache several times.
Sorry for my inexperience, I enabled remote debugging now.

UmutIt should be a general problem about plugin. we arae waiting immadiate FIX since it causes whole site to go down.
