As far as I can now understand after various tests, the WPvivid plugin does not allow access to it from any other “customized” admin user, but only from “authentic” (full) admin users. This should be the correct answer to my question.

Additionally, one can add other “non-full admin users” (customized user roles) to the list of users who can use the WPvivid plugin, but only in the PRO version, by using an addon (also to be paid separately?!).

well, thanks for your fast reply. But I still don’t understand what is happening: as long as I have two admin users, why is only one of them able to see the WPvivid menu and the other one not? What is the rule for being able to see it? Aside of needing to buy the pro version? ??

In the meantime I managed to solve the problem as follows, without knowing why it was solved:

* I deactivated all plugins by renaming the plugin directory – via FTP (I mention that AIOWPS was already completely deleted and cleaned, according to your instructions, but that operation alone did not help, as already explained)
* I was immediately able to login (the wp-login.php page was not blocked anymore)
* Then I reactivated, from the backend, all plugins step by step, and no problems appeared anymore.

Yes, there is still an issue, as I did in advance all the recommended actions (as said, I read them here in the forum already).
The website works, but if I try to access the wp-login.php it gives the error message I cited before (“The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”)

Yes, in the meantime I was able to solve the matter as follows:

* disabled the recaptcha in Wordfence
* enabled a recaptcha system in the Paid Members Subscription (PMS) plugin (as I discovered that the plugin has this capability too, it was well hidden in a sub-sub-menu…), but it is only recaptcha v2 (and not v3 like the one supported by Wordfence).

The recaptcha system of the PMS can be applied sitewide (so also to the WP-login forms, not only to the PMS-login forms), and like this I have a general captcha security for the whole site.

Unfortunately, your proposed links explain basic things. What they do not, is to help me solve a bug. What I describe is a bug, as the slider is not behaving as it should. I do not have a problem of “not knowing how to configure it” but it is a problem of “inspite of a correct configuration, it behaves wrong“.
I cannot know if it is a matter of theme (Hello Theme) or of Elementor generally. So this is why I wrote here.
I hope I can get more detailed help.

it is nice to know that one is completely ignored and treated with perfect silence, if he tries to get support for this “hello elementor” theme. Perhaps the theme should be called “goodbye” and not “hello”. As nobody ever answers any questions! ?? ??

I observed the following:
when viewing the site on a mobile device, what happens is:
* in mobile portrait mode, the slider appears on the correct position if the screen widht <446 px,
* in mobile portrait mode, if the screen width is >446 px, the slider error appears (slider moves around 25 px down)
* in mobile landscape mode, the slider appears correct if the screen width >769 px.
* in mobile landscape mode, the slider appears wrong, if screen width <769 px.

I agree! we need breakpoints please, for different @media to decide if we block the landscape mode for certain screen resolutions.

I mention in detail that the slider appears correctly in the elementor wysiwyg editor, for all breakpoints (desktop, mobile, tablet, mobile lanscape, etc.) and it appears correctly also on some mobile screens. But in certain mobile views – that are always the ones in lanscape mode – it appears wrong (as described above).
I tried as a workaround to set an “offset” value for that element (the slider) of -25 px, which is the value with which the slider slips down (+28 px) in the bug situation. But this does not always help (but just in some cases).

In the meantime, I was able to discover the source, by chance and by searching a lot!
the bad developer did the following:
he simply put that long CSS snippet into the plugin called “custom CSS & JS”. Then, he hid that snippet from the custom code list of the plugin, by using another CSS snippet, which he put in a second CSS custom code from the same plugin, which was visible. Like this, I saw only some unimportant CSS there, but nothing of what I was searching for. But by deactivating by chance that CSS custom code, the second one appeared in the list. And now I was able to deactivate it.

The background is that the developer used some hidden users in WP, which he did not want me to see. AS the AIOS security plugin would have shown also the hidden users (probably) he decided to hide the first three AIOS menu items (including that one with “user security”).

Phew! that was complicated. The foes are often among us, not coming from outside…
