I have checked our code and it does appear that we are using ‘item_name’ in our template. I have pasted the relevant part of our template code below:

@keraweb, a bit frustrated and have mixed feelings about this. This plugin is the only one I have found so far that can display the groups each user is in as a shortcode, but I then need to turn this list into links to CPT. I emailed the creator about this additional work and heard nothing. This coupled with incompatibility to PHP 7 and I am worried this may not be the longer term solution.

I think I have solved my own issue.

Downgrade to PHP 5.6 from 7.1 and the error message goes away.

Thank you so much for your help with this. To cut a long story short, I misunderstood the css class “new-row” I now understand it goes in between each set of multi-columns not within each multicolumn.

The problem is now solved and Webholism have been superb in sorting everything out for me. (And very quick as well which was much appreciated.)

Of course, I guess that the other answer is that you have no idea who Jordan Crown is and that by chance you have made plugins with the same name!

I have solved the problem. It was a plugin conflict, although it is rather odd as it was a plugin that has been installed for quite a while, so I am not sure why it should have started to conflict now.

I have now come to realise that this the issue is also in IE and Firefox as well. ??

I am using the Headway theme. Sadly I can’t revert to the default theme because the shopping cart has broken again and I am waiting for the support team to make the change they did two weeks ago to have the checkout appear instead of the image of the shopping cart. ??
