Are other emails sent from the site also multiplied this way?
I’ve got an Elementor contact form. The emails of that form are not multiplied.
Are you using any SMTP/email plugins on your site?
Yes I’m using WP Mail SMTP.
Please also check if there aren’t multiple notifications set in the Email Tab.
Just Admin Email.
