In reply to: How To Recover Deleted BlogNEVER EVER post your passwords on a public forum!
When the restore is complete, change your MySQL password IMMEDIATELY!
Also edit your first post and remove the passwords now!

In reply to: How To Recover Deleted BlogYou have contacted your web host to restore your website from their backups. So any work we do now on your blog will be gone when the restore is done.
You cant use the old database on your new upgraded WordPress.
What your doing is wrong, upgrade is upgrade. Its not uninstall and then reinstall.
When your old site/blog is back online “after the backup Restore”. Login wp-admin and you should see:
An updated version of WordPress is available.
There is a button under it called Update Now, click it and follow the instructions.

In reply to: How To Recover Deleted BlogContact your hosting provider and ask them to restore your website from backups. Choose the latest backup they have but it should be before June 1, 2015, 4:13 am.
Also check your databases with phpmyadmin, see if you still have the database: mosstota_wp281
Did you make any backups before installing/updating?

You can try this fix:
GoTo: /wp-includes/shortcodes.php line 192
Change:
if ( false === strpos( $content, ‘[‘ ) ) {To:
if ( false === strpos( (string) $content, ‘[‘ ) ) {Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Changed my domain name yesterdayI checked the whois for both sites and both are pointing to the same nameservers “your host”. So this not a DNS issue.
The old seems to be terminated by your web host and the new is really slow.
I noticed that when visiting wp-admin in the new one, it redirects to the old one “wp-admin” which is gone and hence you get the: Oops! Internet Explorer could not find
You need to go to cPanel > phpmyadmin > your blog database > find wp-config table and edit it. Remove the old domain and replace it with the new one.
