Clean install, new database, still no change. Really not sure what else to try now, except a different blog tool.

I tried making that change to my php.ini file (cgi.fix_pathinfo = 1 and cgi.force_redirect = 0) and restarting IIS and it made no difference. I have reinstalled, and downloaded a fresh installer and reinstalled. Still the same. When I log in I just get left on the wp-login.php page with a blank screen. There seems to be a view on the forum that blank screen issues are memory related. I have set memory_limit = 256M in my php.ini file as well and that made no difference.

I am going to delete everything, including my database and the site from IIS and start again. If anyone has any other suggestions I would be grateful.

I’ve just installed WordPress for the first time on IIS and I’m getting this same error when modifying a theme. Has anyone found a solution to this? I’ve got full access to the server so I can make any permissions changes required. What should the permissions be set to?
