Just wanted to give an update. I figured it out.

Nevermind! Wow. Everyone will laugh when they read this post.
I had the debugging mode still checked in my SMTP mode.

I unchecked it, and now it works.

Due to a time constraint, I had to revert to having the spinning arrow problem rather than having the website fill the screen with code.

I am currently switching the
define( ‘WPCF7_LOAD_JS’, false );
to
define( ‘WPCF7_LOAD_JS’, true );

Since you won’t be able to actually test it on the site, here is a screenshot of what happens.

Also. Right after you send an email, the URL changes to https://cadresoftware.com/contact/#wpcf7-f324-p226-o1

I’ve done all those options, no success…..
