We were very happy with your plugin until the recent updates rendered it inoperable, created issues for our client, and . . . after waiting a few days for a fix, forced us to find another solution for our client, not to mention a considerable amount of time we had to invest (i.e., eat) in re-creating an extensive library of free downloads. As a wp developer and consultant, we are only as good as the products and services that we recommend. The recent issues with your plugin splashed a lot of egg on our faces. Still, I know and understand how things can go wrong even with the best intentions. So, no hard feelings and good luck with everything.
