Thanks, so for now it won’t help if we buy the Pro version? Maybe you can solve it by creating a shortcode for Single event page as well? Then you could potentially add this to a page and in the plugins settings choose this page as the Single Event pages “template”. This way you could potentially also add blocks before or after the shortcode if you want to display additional blocks.
Pls post here if possible when you have found a solution. ??

It looks like the language file is stored in the Loco Translate file at least.

My Themes support suggested searching for the string in my language file in Loco Translate: ‘l jS \o\f F Y’, h:ia’
Then just add the format that I need: Y-m-d H:i
And so far this seems to work great. ??

Thanks, it sounds like it is most probably the themes view-order.php file that is causing this. I will try to ask the theme suppliers support for help.

Did a copy/paste so it is correct.
Although there is a view-order.php in the themes folder (not in the child theme though).

But instead of editing and moving files, could I not use Say What? and target the same string but through the theme’s files?

Ok, thanks for the clarification. Initally used Loco Translate to translate a plugin that was not translated. But now also used it to change some Woocommerse translations my self as well, because I wanted other wordings.
I just tested with your suggested settings above but nothing changed…
If you are in a position to let the WooC team know about the odd/missing string pls do so. ??

No, not inside Edit Order page (see headline of the ticket ?? ). The date format in the message that the customer see on My Account page, the message/notifications I send from Edit Order page. All dates within my Edit Order page is correct.

The date format is correct in the settings. If I try to change to the custom format it does not change anything it keeps the current settings (which is the same/correct one).

Thanks, installed Wordfence and ran a scan. I also installed a SMTP plugin from the hosting company’s suggeston. So far is seems to work again.
