I tried the code below (see 1st link) but don’t really function like the one from wordplosion and only works at single.php so I have to use the “more” tag for that to work. Another problem is it only work with FF, not with IE.

Is that also an Identicon at https://wordpress.com/ ? I mean the one that appears on the upper left corner once logged in? It displays my gravatar right next to “Welcome back, <username>” line. Is this a plugin or a hack?

There are some, I recommend https://www.icdsoft.com. They are not that popular but I bet you will be happy with them. They have 2 hosting plans but you can upgrade some of them like data transfer and storage size.
