The caching is pretty intense. Have you tried activating another calendar theme and then reactivate your child theme?

swan0099 2.0 should take care of any timezone issues. Just to eliminate the obvious, you have double checked that your site’s timezone is set to Central?

EdTech Teacher, we are putting the final touches on 2.0. It’s going to take care of those high CPU issues. It will also work with W3TC too. We’re in the final stages of a closed beta. Stay tuned!

I’m having the same issue. I’ve deactivated all plugins and tried the 2011 theme. I’m currently running 3.5.1

Thanks for the list of great feature requests! You’ll be happy to hear that all of them (except for Multiple start times for recurring events) are already on the roadmap.

We are hoping to have this functionality ready with 2.0, coming in early January. But in the meantime there is a workaround:

1. Create a tag for each venue
2. Create a separate page for each venue
3. Using the shortcode, embed a calendar onto the venue page using the venue’s shortcode/tag
4. Add whatever other content you would like.

We are going to be offering a modal event creation form in a few days with the release of the 1.9 Pro. You can see a demo right now at https://demo.time.ly

Somewhere around 2.2 we will be adding the ability to do this by clicking on date/time on the calendar in the month, week or day view and adding the event through the same modal and have the date/time prepopulated on the form.

There have been conflicts with certain themes and plugins. We have been working hard for the past 2 months preparing our 1.9 release. It will eliminate most, if not all, of those conflicts and introduce a host of new features not available on any other calendar. Stay tuned, it will be released within the next 2 weeks.
