In reply to: [MotoPress] WordPress 4.1 IncompatibilityHey Guys, I wrote to Motopress support and they are fixing it for the lite version too:
“After release of WordPress 4.1 we’ve collided with some compatibility issues. They were fixed in our Pro (Full) plugin versions and will be fixed in a Lite version in a few days. Stay tuned.”
However, I just bought a year’s license and IT ROCKS! IT REALLY ROCKS!
PLUS If you are using the cherry framework (like I am experimenting with) then you can also install a plugin which enables “MotoPress and CherryFramework Integration” here (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/motopress-cherryframework/)! It just keeps getting better – I love this plugin already! Happy New Year All! ??Thanks…

In reply to: [MotoPress] WordPress 4.1 IncompatibilityHi. I’m using motopress-content-editor-lite-1.5.5 trial version and have the same problem.
Whilst LingoSam says:The plugin has been upgraded as of today to 1.5.7.
This resolves the compatibility issue with WordPress 4.1.This upgrade or fix does not seem to be available to trial users.
Please somebody let us know how we can fix this.
Thanks.I’ve been getting this warning on almost EVERY update/installation!
This morning I tried something – I added the following line in the end of my config.php file:
define(‘WP_HTTP_BLOCK_EXTERNAL’, false);
AND IT WORKS!!! No more errors/warnings – all just runs smoothly!
Just wanted to share this – not sure if it’s really a fix…Forum: Fixing WordPress
