From the link provided it can be found that the jQuery is not functioning on your website.
This maybe related to a theme or plugin related conflict.
Could you, please, try to
1) deactivate all your plugins one by one and check if the problem exists
2) change your theme to one of the WordPress default themes to check if the issue exists in that case or not

1) Please open the file named portfolio-gallery\assets\style\responsive_lightbox.css
a) change left:0; to left:5%;
b) add width:95%;

2) open the same file
a) changw top:60%; to top:68%;
b) copy and paste the codes in the media: https://pastebin.com/raw/mwYxzMh2
