In reply to: [Site Reviews] Ratings CalculationHi, I repaired the Review Relations as suggested, did not optimise the database because it prompted I don’t need to, or “Reset Assigned Meta Values” because there are no previous star ratings to reset.
I went to the Contact Support section on the Help & Support page and I came back to this forum. Where or how else can I contact you? Do advice. ThanksHi everyone, am on WordPress vers. 5.7.2. What worked for me was,
1) went to WPBakery Builder settings -> Theme Settings and unticked/deselect the “Remove Frontend Editor” option.
2) Went back to Post and “Edit with WPBakery Page Builder” appeared when I mouseover the posts title. Clicked on that option and went to frontend editing page/mode.
3) At the top right there’s a button “Backend editor” clicked on that and managed to go back to full WPBakery backend editor mode.

So you are saying this issue is due to the settings of two different host companies after I installed your plugin?

Am experiencing the same issues. Custom fields (gift card messages) not showing up in orders and emails as well. Yes, some help or advice from the developer would be appreciated. Thanks

Good news is when I added the below css the content in all the 4 tabs displayed as a page content but they are not sitted in their respective tabs. When I click on the tabs, nothing happened. The tabs seems to have malfunction. Awaiting your reply. Thanks.

Product Labels > Advanced > Shop Hook to “Before All” (initially was “Before Title 1”) and edited
Product Labels > General > Start for Better position labels > Margin Top to 10px.
