It seems this is an issue that happens often. I just had something go wrong with my attempted connection to Facebook and Twitter through publicize. I sent a request in for help, was told to disconnect and reconnect with Jetpack and lost all my information. I had over 400 clicks to my site and now I have two. Any ideas on how to find or get back my information? Thank you.

And I wish I wasn’t finding them either. This has been going on since I launched last Tuesday.

Forever Free right now, but my son uses Forever Free for his site and he has not problems with it, but he is still really new at it too. He’s been busy, so I reached out here.

No but I think I may end up trying that next. I do have a contact page. I didn’t want to make a newsletter page, but I guess if that works, then I’ll try that. Yeah contacting them seems to be like pulling teeth! ??

Ok, so here’ s what’s happening now. I used the plug-in you suggested above. Once I got it set up, it shows exactly what mail chimp is showing as far as the 4 subscribers. I have spoken again to a few people that told me they signed up besides you and they are still not showing up. I even added my son after he wasn’t showing up and that isn’t showing up either. It looks like it’s a user friendly plug-in but I still think it’s mail chimps issue and they don’t work on the weekends apparently nor can I talk to someone, so I’m waiting to hear from them on the latest and greatest email I sent on Friday night. I really appreciate your effort.

No you didn’t come through, did you get a response from signing up?

So far I’ve tried 4 different plugins, but I am also noticing that there is no contact form widget anywhere. My jetpack contact form isn’t coming through in the widgets and even on my contact us page, I tried to sign up and that doesn’t go through either. Do you think that has anything to do with it?

I may have been messing around with it in trying to get it to work, but yes I have a plug in and actually I’ve tried two, but one doesn’t work within WordPress to even connect me to mail chimp. I have Mailchimp for WP. I have tried to sign up myself and it works brilliantly!

Still not working, I did find out though that over 200 people have looked at my site, I have an average “sign up” rate of 13 and still only see the same four. I think there is just a missing plugin or link or something I didn’t download or check. Thanks.
