A couple of months have passed and still no update. Possible for you to just roll out an abbreviated update fixing only this error, and save the other updates for later? It’s filling up my error log like crazy… thanks for whatever you can do.

Well I was wrong. The error is back again, no matter what version of PHP:

Thanks. I temporarily rolled back PHP to 7.0 and the error seems to have resolved itself. So it seems that the code just needs to be updated to be compatible with PHP 7.1.

Yes! I have the same problem! And it took me some Googling to track down the culprit – as the notice fails to identify the plugin author in the message. And can’t get it to go away! Extremely annoying.

Hmm, I hate to install such a weighty plugin for just one little tweak. I already have User Role Editor installed – if you can you tell me the capability that allows WP SEO to be seen on the dashboard, I can remove it from the job candidate role. Thanks!
