RESOLVED! Just wanted to let all know that my problems with Sermon Manager, WordPress and Divi have been resolved, at least it appears that way after being able to publish several sermons today. Big thanks to Mike who posted above and helped diagnose and clear the problem. The culprit was the YouTube Video To Post plugin which after he disabled it, all was well again with Sermon Manager. Just wanted to thank him publicly and also post this to let the developers and all users know this has been resolved. It may help someone else and I am so glad it helped me. Thanks to all for posting in this thread and this good forum.

Thanks much for your post. I will be glad to contact you, Lord willing, tomorrow. I will send you a message at the above link. Again, I appreciate your willingness to help. I know others too are willing but like you said, there seems to be so many conflicting parts intersecting causing havoc for various use cases.

One more piece to the puzzle, when I tried to add a new sermon and typed in topics and series because no popup selections appear and then I hit preview, nothing showed of the sermon except the Title which I had typed at the top of the Add New Page. What could be wrong? Again, I am told others are running Divi theme and Sermon manager with no issues. Really need some help. Again, I am r\willing to pay any reasonable fee for your help in this. This sermons section is the primary part of my site that receives updates weekly. I have operated biblesearch.com since 1995. I would like it to continue and have enjoyed the last 5 years using this plugin. Any help much appreiated. I hesitate to chage themes because I think some of my page formatting will be lost, theme specific. I may be wrong in this. Thanks again.

Even after 2.16.2 update, still the same problems. Will try to wait a little longer but not usable any longer for me at this point.

I deactivated Sermon Manager, deleted it and installed latest version and then activated it. Still have the same troubles with adding sermon page as I have described above. No popup date calendar, no popups for preacher, topic or series that make entry of these items less prone to error as it was before where you can select the entry from displayed choices afte rtyping a few letters. At this point for now, this plugin cannot be used on my site for any further sermon entries. Will wait a little longer but eventully will be forced to look for a solution that I can use and not get behind in my wor,. It is a shame that this has come about and if I could do anything else on my end to solve it, please let me know and thanks.

Thanks for your confirm with another theme. I hope the devs are aware and will address this. It had been working fine but even older plugin was fainling to work for me after various updates of WordPress and Divi. Again, as many do, I deeply depend on this plugin for th emain part of my site, posting weekly sermons for many years. It would be a major endeavor to switch sermon plugins, something I do not want to do.. I am getting behind now in my upload of sermons but will await further updates a little longer. Thanks again for all.

Thanks for the confirm. Hope and pray all can be resolved so I can post my sermons. Am seriously considering changing sermon plugins if this one can no longer be used. Fortunately my upcoming two sermons are on patience which I should try to apply to myself first whether I can post them now or not.

Thanks again. I have very little experience in dealing with all ins and outs of WordPress and don’t know if I could carry that out correctly. I have just been updating plugins and themes and WordPress and uploading new sermons for several years now. If I can do this safely and correctly and get my site back to Divi without changing any of my Divi editor settings, then I might try it. Maybe the ocnflict has something to do with the security focused latest update to Divi that is causing the porblems with the running of SM.

Mike, thanks so much and you bay be right. Gues I will have to wait for next Divi update and see what happens from there. Would love a confirm from anyone using Divi latest version, if they are getting the same problems as me with the latest and even earlier versions of Sermon Manager. Thanks again.

I have delted the duplicate Sermon Manager Plugin and updated to newest version but now again getting double sermon descriptions and still do not get popup calendar in sermon date or poups to add topics or series when I type in the first few letters. Latest version of WordPress and Divi Theme. Hope there will be a fix. Again, this program provides essential content on my web site for years now and I appreciate it very much. Thanks for any help.
