In reply to: [Custom Post Type UI] Conflicting issue between CPT UI and Divi Mega ProI duplicated the site and added it to one of our staging domains to test and trouble shoot the error. The same error is being experienced on the staging domain which we host.
If I send you the error logs will you be able to tell me what’s going on?
Just a follow up on this please…?
I have Forminator installed on another website now and the contact form isn’t sending any mails to the admin email address. I’ve checked all my settings and they’re all correct?? Sender email is correct and made sure the admin email is correct and nothing gets sent. It stores the email in the submissions but nothing on my email logs on the server side??Please can someone assist with this urgently?
I have now had another customer also receive the same error message “An error occurred while processing the form. Please try again.” on their simple contact form?? he has also been receiving a tonne of spam emails as well! What is going on with Forminator lately??This is the link to the form: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1CIP-xqdwNJ1FRi5RKm6dXZZI87UtktuR?usp=drive_link
Screenshots attached.Sorry about the delay in getting back to you, and thank you for your feedback. Another issue I’m getting with the form is that once you fill in the entire form, I receive an error saying “An error occurred while processing the form. Please try again.” Note: I have 15 forms on this website and only 2 are giving me these weird issues. Is it possible to have too much info on a form?
I decided to export the form I was having issues with and import it onto a staging site I am using to further troubleshoot the form.
Upon importing the form, I noticed that I received the same error as I did on the other site. I then created a whole new form from scratch and noticed that as soon as I started adding the group fields and saved, some of the fields that were in the group jumped to the top of the page and the rest stayed behind..?? I have no idea what’s going on here but it’s highly frustrating and I need to get this form done ASAP!Ok did some more tesing, it seems as though the field cannot contain an HTML field. Once you add the HTML field the group field misbehaves. It also doesn’t seem to like fields that been duplicated.
Thanks Fahim,
I picked up your response on yur ticketing system and replied there.
Everything is now working again so thank you very mush for such great support and it is a great comfort to now that support is willing and able when it is most needed!Outstanding!

In reply to: [Advanced Product Fields (Product Addons) for WooCommerce] I was disappointedHi Maarten,
I reinstalled your free plugin to see where I may have overlooked the messages you pointed out and I see that I was wrong and they are there, although in my opinion still not flagged well enough considering the cart function makes the free plugin very limited.
(My screen does not look like your screenshot – it is a text link)I have changed my rating as the plugin is made well, has a great user interface and does allow add ons to be added to a product.
I still maintain that while you allow a price to be added or changed for a product via an add on you have not allowed the add on values to be included in the quantity calculations. I therefore cannot see how the free plugin could seriously be used on a shop.
To be honest, when I saw your “quantity based pricing” option I serious thought it was to allow you to change the quantity of a line item in the add on, not to enable the quantity in the WooCommerce calculation.
I would suggest that you add an option to limit the checkout quantity to 1 when using your free version on your Flat Fee option if you continue to have this limitation.I’m sure you already know that there are other free WooCommerce add on plugins that do not have the limitation your one does, they include the add on values in the quantity calculation, which is what I would have expected as a minimum function of the WooCommerce cart.
Anyway, thank you for efforts and engaging in this frank discussion.

In reply to: [Advanced Product Fields (Product Addons) for WooCommerce] I was disappointedHi Maarten, Thank you for your response. What you're suggesting is that I somehow knew about the limitation and was supposed to search the forum for it before I downloaded the plugin. It is vaguely indicated in the plugin by means of a disabled option on the dropdown when you can choose a price type. How would I know what that means without you telling me or me testing it? In any event, I still needed to download the plugin, set it up and test it. I appreciate that you don’t build plugins for a hobby and that it is how you make your income but at the same token I also build websites for a living and have wasted several hours of my time when I could have simply bought the pro version if it was clearer about the limitation from the outset. I do not give any developers a one star rating lightly but it seems as though this limitation is “hidden” so as to force an upgrade to the Pro version. I don’t like that and it is unfair to me to have to stumble across the limitation. I have rated the plugin based on my experience and found it very surprising that the quantity in WooCommerce does not work as I would expect it to. As I said I cannot see the benefit of your plugin in any use case because I cannot choose more than a quantity of 1. I have not tried another free version so I cannot comment on how they may or may not work. I have coded my own add ons plugin for WooCommerce.
Thanks for letting me know.
Hopefully they it fixed.Hi,
Yeah its possible, although this has happened to two separate users on ntwo different websites, which I suppose it is possible that they both have something wrong with their computers.
Look, I reckon we have exhausted posibilities of the plugin having an issue so lets just see if I get anymore of these types of login problems.
Thanks for the help!Hi, thanks for your reply.
No I have not renamed the login page but I have enabled:
– Honeypot Captcha
– Login/lost password Form Captcha (Not google)
Those are the only Brute Force settings I enabled.
I do have a plugin that has a feature to rename the login page but that is not enabled either.
Is is weird that I don’t have any isues loggin in with anyone’s details from my computer.Forum: Reviews
In reply to: [WooCommerce] I love WooCommerce but…Hi Peter,
Thanks for your response and tip on how to disable the dashboard.
I appreciate the fact that you responded to my somewhat strongly worded message with a solid solution.
In view of this I’m going to still recommend WooCommerce, because for the most part it is still the best solution for getting an ecommerce site up and running quickly and with a ton of options.Forum: Plugins
