I have the same issue. Reinstallation didn’t fix my problem. If I change theme it works ok.
I use The7 Theme (https://themeforest.net/item/the7-responsive-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/5556590).
Is this plugin supported only for your theme? If not, how I can resolve this?

Hi,
I had te same problem. If you using w3 total cache, make sure you disable Object Cache under General settings.
This solves my problem.
