I followed the advice of @babuagiorgi :

js/smooth.js
cleartypeNoBg: false, // set to true to disable extra cleartype fixing (leave false to force background color setting on slides)
alter
cleartypeNoBg: true,

At first it had no effect (as I wrote above) but suddenly, at once, it was fixed. So I can only suggest to do the same, make sure you update all plugins (not only smooth_slider) and I hope it’ll take effect on your site too!

I changed the file… no effect unfortunately. Maybe I could change the background color to white?

I found out that the problem disappears when I disable page animation (an old issue on my opinion). Can it be solved please? Kind regards!

How can I disable Browsercap in WP-statistic? Updates on Browsercaps are disabled.

Could it have anything to do with a possible conflict between this plugin and Jetpack? I run another website (picture-thizz.nl) without Jetpack and I have no problems there…

The new plugin: https://github.com/wp-statistics/wp-statistics/archive/master.zip didn’t resolve my problem.

I had the same problem here with https://www.picture-thizz.nl. Fortunately I know about Filezilla and I managed to fix the site within 10 minutes! Thanks for all the help!

Ik posted a likewise problem yesterday. Trick from Luc (renambot) did’nt work for me. When I hover over a thumpnail, the link points to the photo-file itself, leading tot displaying the photo in the same window (and leaving de wordpress-site).
