Well… I didn’t find it yet. The other plugin you guys made, also doesn’t work properly. I deactivated my cache plugin and waited about 30 minutes to refresh everything. The requested page shows the 404 error page, but not the URL I entered under ‘target url’ in the plugin :-\

It’s such a shame, because I’m looking for a 301 plugin that supports csv import. I’m glad I tested it first with 1 URL.

Is it possible to log into my website and have a look?

Also: URLs without a date (pages instead of posts, in this scenario) don’t get forwarded at all. Both in Chrome and Safari…

I’ll try another plugin. Unfortunately. I selected this specific one for a reason, I’m sorry it doesn’t work.

Btw: https://www.wpexplorer.com/change-permalinks-wordpress/ gave me the idea about the permalink changes with the code strings. It worked for them apparently.

It is the free plugin indeed. The permalinks changed and are working, like I described, when clicking through the website.

But the 301 redirect from the copy/pasty method doesn’t work.

And even stranger: the link given above opens, with the OLD permalink structure AND saying ‘Page not found’ (‘Pagina niet gevonden’ – in Dutch) although it opens and was found…???

Any ideas on how to fix that?

Tnx, I saw it. It gives a very chaotic CSV file and the most important info is missing (names and email addresses), so I might as well take screenshots instead. But tnx!

And maybe it’s a good idea to make it simpler with only:
1. date
2. name
3. email address
4. the title of the result

In my case the 3 possible results are long texts with bulleted lists. All that HTML is not needed. I’d rather have the overview and log the 3 answers somewhere to refer to if I really want to read the details.

Ah, well… that’s strange. To me it’s more logical that the option you mentioned (send e-mail to exam taker) differs from ‘user login required’ or whatever it is in English. I unchecked the last one because I don’t want them to login again, but I also want them to receive the test result in theire e-mail.

Is it possible to somehow unrelate those options?

In the mean time I’ll uncheck the ‘send mail’ option and say something about screenshots if they want to save the result.

OR – even better – is it possible to build an option at the end (or the beginning) with a text saying ‘If you want to receive the results, please fill in your e-mail address.’???

Thanks. I can’t find that screen. It’s not in ‘settings’ and it’s not accessible through clicking on the quiz – that only gets me to managing results and questions.

So… how do I get there?

Great, thanks! There’s only one minor detail: this way I’d miss the option of the text field with button that is placed over the photo. And I need that. So… I already chose another subject for the front page.

But if it’s possible to integrate post and pages later, I’d love to know about it. Or maybe even my Plan B: choose a link or name of a post instead of only a page name from the drop down menu in the customizer.

Aha. So… Then I’d like to do a suggestion: please make it possible to have both posts and pages in the featured area on the front page, displaying only 1 blog that it takes from the blog overview page ?? That way the latest post is always being displayed automatically.

In this case I’d like to resolve it by adding the link of the blog in that area, but I can’t. I can only choose from existing page names. (If this would have worked, this way my client has to replace the link manually when a newer blog is published.)

So… It’s quite a pitty that the theme makes me display stuff non freely. I have to pick items I don’t want there.

Well… this is a bit more complex.

On the homepage, one of the featured items actually is a link to the blog page that is also in the menu. On the front page I want to see only 1 item, but on the blog page I want an overview of max. 10 items.

I guess your suggestion doesn’t exactly match this.

I think it’s only available in the PRO version, estarella. But it would have been polite if the makers of this theme mentioned that clearly in the WordPress customization interface…

Aha, that is an important word indeed.

A replacement isn’t necessary, but integration would be nice. I’ll make a request.

Thanks for your quick and clear response. May a suggest the plugin authors to integrate NextGen with the WP Library? That would be logical… I remember reading somewhere that this integration already existed and that that’s the reason I chose this plugin. It’s a pitty that it’s different actually.

I’ll communicate your suggestion to my client anyway.
