I don’t see this as Omega issue, see Omega theme demo. Please check your WordPress SEO plugin setting.

Your images and player appear on the detail post. If you want to display them on the homepage, go to “Appearance > Customize > Posts” and select display full post.

1. You should select the size then the button will appear. This is managed by WooCommerce plugin, not the theme.
2. Go To “Appearance > Customize > Color > Secondary Color”
