I set the permalinks back to default and disabled all but Akismet, JetPack, Disable Comments, Custom login page customizer, my own plugin that just adds a login link to the menu bar, and of course WP Steam Auth. Nothing that is still active should be affecting permalinks yet the setting still won’t save for the redirects.
