Where is the “send for analaysis” option?
I looked on the plugin settings and cleantalk account page.

    Thanks for responding so quickly.

I made the update and performed the scan. Two files are marked critical.
When I click on the view bad code button, a blank pop-up appears.

There’s an option for “Replace with original”. Should I try that?

What does the “approve” option do?

Update just in case anyone else gets attacked by this.
I restored an earlier version of my website and made all available updates. I added the CleanTalk security plugin because I was using cleantalk for spam prevention for a long time and it’s worked great.

I then blocked access to my ISP and thought the site couldn’t get corrupted if no one could access the server.

Anyway, it was looking good, but when I checked this morning, I found the site corrupted again, the same way as before. The CleanTalk security plugin found two suspicious files. I’m going to check that out first. If CleanTalk can’t help, I’ll try Sucuri.

@mateusgetulio, Thanks for offering to help!

It’s super frustrating when wordpress never used to ask for ftp credentials for updates and all of the sudden, they do.

Yes, I have contacted my hosting company and await their answer. I went through all their tutorials, and cpanel information. I tried all the possible hostnames and none worked.

…They just contacted me and said my account had been locked due to some security event, but they didn’t tell me. They are investigating.

How would you find the hostname/ftp address?
