    Good afternoon. I would like to center align the primary menu. I noticed there was a prior post for this but no solution was mentioned

    I changed the alignment in the style.css unfortunately I will need to do this with every update.

    Hello, you can add your CSS code in Appearance->Customize->Additional CSS and it will not be deleted on update.

    The deletion happens because you did not use a child theme.
