Thanks for the reply, the script works perfectly.

The update to the theme wasn’t free so had left it till now. On updating to the latest version it has introduced a whole number of bigger problems… fonts, colours, layout etc… all gets screwed up so had to revert back for now. I guess 2 years worth of updates was likely to cause some issues. I’ve taken this up with Minamaze support.

Sorted… issue was with IE11, had tried on 2 different PC’s. In “Footer Widgets Layout” under “Theme options\Footer” IE wasn’t selecting / saving the selected layout properly meaning there was no layout for the widgets to appear in.
