In reply to: Uploaded image doesn’t show.Hi Tommy!
I feel your pain here, a difficult situation indeed. I strongly believe you need your web hotel to offer Hosting WITH the correct permissions. Your business need that to operate properly!
You may consider changing this service provider for another one that would offer the permissions your web support team needs. Maybe asking this people’s advice on the question would help too.
Happy Easter for you and family ??

In reply to: Images in Uploads not Uploaded by MeI’m here to help, no worries ??
In fact I was thinking about seen the images. And even a printscreen of your library. But in fact that’s my mistake as our WP Forums don’t support images.
I’ll recommend you to upload some images on ImGur as hidden and send me just the links here. It’s a good tool for that an all your hidden material will be only visible by those you send a link for.
Let’s see if we can do that way.

In reply to: Editor availability is inconsistentHey @stevelee73
Thanks for your words ??As I understand we are discussing Post/Page Sidebar (also called Document Settings), which is part of the WordPress Editor on pages and posts. I would recommend this article. It details the Panel and its options and I hope it might be helpful to you.
Let’s see if it can solve your problem. Cheers!

In reply to: Uploaded image doesn’t show.Hey @boomtommy
There are some common causes for blank thumbnails in the WordPress media library. They are specially related to Issues with PLUGINS or THEMES. But they can also happen if you moved from HTTP to HTTPS lately.
Let’s try to fix it!#1 Please make sure your WordPress site is up to date
#2 Deactivate all plugins (take note of what you are using and don’t forget to turn them on again afterwards)#3 Activate a default theme (this requires more words)
This method requires a default WP theme to be installed on your site. These are free themes that come with every new WP installation and are typically named after years, such as “Twenty Twenty-One,” “Twenty Seventeen,” etc. It’s important to keep at least two of the latest default themes installed on your site as WP will activate the most recent one when you deactivate your current theme. You can install them by going to Appearance → Themes → Add New. Once you’re sure you have a default theme installed, deactivate your current theme by activating a default theme.
Refresh the media library to see if your thumbnails are still blank. If they are, reactivate your primary theme, and move on to the next fix.If the above solutions did not work or you recently changed themes and believe your thumbnail sizes have not resized, use this plugin to regenerate your thumbnails in a few simple clicks.
Hope some of this #Fix options will work for you ??

In reply to: Images – files of same name being overwrittenHi @aivanov12 ,
Thank you for your words ??Unfortunately, Enable Media Replace still doesn’t have the option of disable its capability for certain users.
If we will add the feature, we will publish it on the release notes.

In reply to: Remove Padding SpaceHey @sydneysoto can you upload a screenshot of your editor?
I’d like to understand the existing elements and which one of them is inheriting this padding space.- This reply was modified 2 years, 7 months ago by Henrique Iamarino.

In reply to: Images in Uploads not Uploaded by MeAs I understand they are on your Library but not displaying on the site, right?
If your are using a custom theme some images may be part of a template page or element. In this case they were uploaded to your content folder along with the theme. To make sure please check if you or another user installed a new theme by March 21 or 22.
