Here you can access can log in page /wp-login.php and if you still facing issues after login turn on the debug mode by following these steps after it you can easily determine why the problem occurred.

Log in to the C panel.
Open File Manager.
Navigate to the directory where you installed WordPress.
Click on the file wp-config.php to open it in the editor.
Scroll down to:
define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false);

Change this to:
define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true);

Most of URL comes from theme demo content and vc_shortcodes-custom-css which is not changed yet see attached screenshot change images and removed if not required.

Yes your account doesn’t have sufficient permission to change settings. Administration rights required for change Permalinks and other stuff.

You can’t leave site logo blank else you can use site name as logo if option provided by the theme developer.

Kindly follow below steps to flush permalinks.
Step 1: In the main menu find “Settings > Permalinks”.
Step 2: Scroll down if needed and click “Save Changes”.
Step 3: Rewrite rules and permalinks are flushed.
