Hi @boginiwrozkwicie ,
I’m sorry for this issue.
My recommendations would be to check the vimeo upload if it has the necessary visibility settings set. You can also try to re-add the block on the page using Presto Player.
If you are still having problems, please let me know. Thank you!

We’re always here to help.Hi @alexandrino80 ,
I see that you’ve already submitted a ticket for this and I’ve sent my response.
Here’s some information that might be helpful:
You have a few options for changing the size of the video player:
1. If you’re using a page builder, you can add the player in a container and adjust the size of the container accordingly. The video player will adjust to fit the container.
2. You can use custom CSS to change the player size.
3. You can also modify the aspect ratio by following this guide: https://prestoplayer.com/docs/aspect-ratio/
Let me know if you have any more questions or concerns. I’m here to help!
Hi @sarahveyoel , Just to add, you can also save the changes by pressing the Enter key as a workaround.
Hi @omegatcu ,
Youtube videos should be playing at their default resolutions with Presto Player. If you’re encountering issues I would suggest checking:
- If you host has enough resources and processing power to be able to handle the videos.
- Explore our performance settings here: https://prestoplayer.com/docs/performance-preferences-explained/
If you continue to have issues, it’s best if you open a ticket with our support team for a more directed assistance.
Thank you!
Hi @sarahveyoel ,
Can you tell me which page or plugin this is showing in? Is it just on a regular page or on an LMS like LearnDash?
If so, please advise the respective plugin authors regarding the formatting of their builders.Thank you!
Hi @diabloooo1 ,
Yes, we do offer routes for the same. The namespace is?presto-player
?, version?v1
?, endpoint base is?videos
.Example (need to prefix with the rest base) –
GET /wp-json/presto-player/v1/videos
I hope this helps. Let me know if you need further details. Thank you!Forum: Reviews

Hi there,
I apprecaite you reaching out with this and we’ll be happy to help you out. I also noticed that you sent a ticket with the same issue and I responded there as well.
With regards to your question, the default presets do not have an ID that you can see since they are not directly editable. You can create a new preset that mimics the pre-made ones so that you can copy the preset ID for your shotcode.
All the available controls and configurations to achieve the default pre-made presets are available if you create your own as well.
I hope this helps. Let me know if you have further questions or concerns. I’ll be happy to help you out further!
