1) Please add the following code snippet in functions.php file of your theme / child theme:
https://gist.github.com/cliffordp/3584b8aee70cde484700
Make sure to exclude the first line, the one with opening PHP tag (<?php), and copy and paste the rest. This snippet will force Event, Organizer and Venue website links, available on single event page, to open in a new tab.

2) The featured image should be displayed on a single event page at the top of the post, before the content.

Where “red” you can replace with any color.

Our plugins support RTL but they are still not 100% compatible. We’ve seen sites in Greek and in Arabic working fine. It is better if you try it out and see if it works for you.

I believe this issue might be associated with a conflict between your plugins/theme and The Events Calendar. Please deactivate all third party plugins (except Events Calendar) and switch to the default theme (e.g. Twenty-Twenty). Does it help? Polylang plugin is already 95% working correctly with The Events Calendar. Nevertheless, we currently do not support PolyLang.

For now, our focus is on completing WPML support. Once that is done, we will absolutely take a look at the very popular PolyLang plugin.
