I was able to do some additional testing on our staging site using the core shipping methods for Woocommerce (ClickShip deactivated).

I setup 2 Flat Rate Shipping options ($20.00 and $30.00) to test and was able to replicate. Here is a screenshot

Yes, I am using the ClickShip?shipping plugin (link in original report).

I tried deactivating ClickShip and using the default Woocommerce Shipping and Tax plugin (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/woocommerce-services/ – if this isn’t the one you wanted me to use, please provide a link to the specific plugin). Despite having shipping zones setup, packages defined and a payment method added to my account, this plugin couldn’t validate my address. I spent some time troubleshooting it, but I can’t spend anymore time on troubleshooting something I am not going to use.

If you think this is specific to ClickShip based on another similar and previous problems like this, let me know (I’ve searched but didn’t find anything). At this point I am just going to disable the use of Apple Pay and G Pay.

I haven’t updated to WP 6.1.1 yet.

I am still seeing the problem on mobile only…Playing around with it more it looks like the mini cart qty updates once I scroll…But still odd that it is going back to zero initially.

I’ve tried adding this but it doesn’t work:

I see this is marked as resolved, but I am still getting these errors on 9.0.3. What was done to resolve?

Tracked this down to being an additional conflict with the JC Optimize plugin. If I disable the JC Optimize plugin, I am able to use Yoast and have the cart properly delete/update.

Thanks @barryruss – I was running 7 and upgraded to 7.1. Problem still exists.

@shellbeezy – This isn’t resolved.

Hmmm – Odd, I disabled all the other plugins and Yoast was the only culprit.

I’ve also tested this and got the same results with the theme: Twenty Seventeen.
