Hello @supportadtribes
I am trying to revert back in your plugin to the feed that was originally being used. My plan is to basically just re-add it as a primary feed inside Google Shopping and delete the current one.
However, from looking at your tutorials, I need the feed file URL.
When I go to get this information it just says:
Whoops, there is no active product feed for this project as the project has been disabled or did not run yet.
The project is enabled, so how can I get it to run and generate the URL link?
Thanks.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Help needed setting up WooCommerce GA goalsThanks very much for the help. My mistake.
I have now posted in the right section.
Take care.
Hello.
Could it be related to the G:Attribute field mapping?
The easiest way for me to fix this would be to manually edit the CSV file inside Google Merchant Center. When I try to do this I don’t have edit permissions and when I asked the ‘owner’ my client didn’t know about nor receive my edit request.
Sorry to be a pain about this.

Thanks for replying.
Sorry, yes, I am using the WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration which is from WooCommerce – is this not the right place to post about it? Sorry.
If you can point me to where I can post I would be grateful.
Thanks.

Hello.
Thanks for replying.
Forgive my ignorance, but surely if there was nothing to fix then I would not have 7 disapproved products?
Furthermore, as this a client’s account, they have the following account level issue which I believe is related:
‘61% of crawls within the last 7 days had an availability mismatch’.
Many thanks.
Hello.
I checked Merchant Centre again and no change. Still those same 7 products with an availability mismatch. Is there anything I can do inside your plugin (free version) to fix this? I assume an easy fix would be to access the product data from inside your plugin and change it manually – but I believe that is a paid feature?
Is that correct?
Many thanks.
Thanks, I will wait and get back to you.
I appreciate all your help.
Hello.
I did that.
It says on the feed processing screen that all products were counted and 0 had issues.
Yet, on the Overview screen, 7 products are still disapproved.
Here, the dip where there is no red, was when I added my supplemental feed, and then when I removed it, the red appeared (those 7 products). It also says that the feed is a CSV file – is that correct?
Thanks.
Let me see if Merchant Centre updates itself within 24 hours and if the products are approved or not.
Many thanks for the help.
Hi.
I did create a supplemental feed with the correct availability for the disapproved products. This solved all issues and all products were then approved. I later removed my supplemental feed so that all product data came from the main feed from your plugin and the number of disapproved items immediately went from 0 to 7.
And that is where I am at right now.
Hello.
Inside Merchant Center, for that item, the raw feed data looks like this and says it is in stock. Maybe I am misunderstanding but that seems to be a mismatch in availability?
Many thanks.
Hello.
According to your plugin, here is the feed URL:
One such disapproved product has an ID of 2128.
I am not sure what you mean for this question. But below is the page for the item whose ID is 2128. You can see it it listed as out of stock.
https://www.nsmerch.com/product/northern-standard-unisex-raglan-shirt-charcoal/?v=7516fd43adaa
Many thanks.
Hello.
I checked the WooCommerce product data and it correctly says out of stock but the raw feed information lists that same product as in stock. What kind of third party plugins would I be looking out for?
