In reply to: [Constant Contact Forms] Submit Button SpinningYou’re correct –?clearing the cache resolved the issue.
In case anyone else runs into the issue. The hotfix plugin provided in the comment (https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/submit-button-spinning/#post-10834591) resolved my Submit button spinning issue. Chances are there will be a code update in the future for the plugin itself.
Thank you for the speedy fix!

I added the hotfix plugin to the staging website and still experienced the spinning submit button.
Have a look.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] PayPal StandardThank you Hannah for replying so promptly.
Here’s an update:
I went back to the sandbox and added the Payment Data Transfer (PDT) and voila it worked! However, I disabled the PDT and the new customer order email came through immediately and payment went to
processing
instead ofpending payment
.Then I went back to the production website and tested the check out process and now that works as expected, same as the sandbox.
I wish there is something I can provide here to other potential individuals who face this problem, but I didn’t change a thing on my end. I may chalk this up to the PayPal account experiencing an issue.
Sorry I couldn’t be of more help.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] PayPal StandardHi Hannah!
Thank you for the reply! I’ll be attempting the PDT step to see if that helps. If PDT doesn’t work, I will review the IPN logs.
Thank you so much!

Do you happen to know if there’s a theme similar to Jetpack out there? If not, I can do some digging.

In reply to: Secure WordPress Admin With SSL & ProxyHello Achyuth!
No the website’s front end is viewed on learnwpt.com/blog/ – the proxy points users to the URI provided.
The website you saw is where the admin lives. Even though you saw the website, the real website lives on learnwpt.com/blog/.

In reply to: Multiple WordPress sites with different hosts lose connectionGlad to hear the issue was resolved with a new piece of hardware! At least the websites were working normally. ??
Hosting is definitely something to consider when increasing load speeds. Here are some I use for my customers. One is a DiY managed host, while the others are managed by the provider themselves. Note I am not affiliated with any of these.
– SiteGround
– Cloudways
– WPEngineGood luck @winterstreet!

In reply to: Multiple WordPress sites with different hosts lose connectionHi @winterstreet!
Still didn’t experience the issue and performed the same test with multiple browsers and reviewing the console. The ISPs I tested the website on was Frontier and TWC. No slowness or anything on my end.
This is extremely bizarre! Have you chatted with InMotion as the issue occurred? Not being to replicate the issue is tough to troubleshoot.

In reply to: Multiple WordPress sites with different hosts lose connectionThank you for providing a website example (https://winterstreetdesign.com). For the life of me I couldn’t replicate the issue you experienced.
I attempted the following:
– Navigated throughout the website on multiple browsers (MacOS FF, Chrome, Safari)
– Reviewed console on the inspect element to see if I found any errors
– Checked the network on inspect element for any anomaliesAny chance you’ve talked to your web hosting providers to see if there’s any server related issues? Perhaps you’re on a shared server with resources being used heavily by another website?

In reply to: Can’t access adminSee if resetting your password helps. Not quite sure why you cannot log in.

In reply to: Can’t access adminHello @cblack2!
@tnnvtr and @t-p provided excellent solutions! Here’s another solution you can try in case the solutions provided do not resolve the issue.
The issue may have to do with how the WordPress Address URL & Site Address URL are set. For example, if site address url is https://www.example.com and in the Settings ? General section and the website is set to https://example.com, there could be a redirect conflict.
If you can access the wp-config file (in the root) with a FTP client (i.e. FileZilla) see if the WordPress Address URL & Site Address URL match (i.e. https://www.example.com).
Hope this solution as well as the ones already provided help with your situation. Please keep us updated so that we know what solution resolved the issue.
Happy hunting!

In reply to: forgotten the login credentials for the admin page+1 for @swansonphotos solution to reset your password if you know which email is associated with the admin account.
If however you have no idea what the username associated with the admin account is and have access to the web host back end like cPanel, here’s an article that will help you access the website through the WordPress DB.

This is bizarre. Could you provide one of the websites experiencing an issue? Perhaps the issue is host related? Have you updated any of the themes, plugins, etc recently?
Thank you.
