Just looking, and I’d have thought something could be added to the $output builder in the init.php. It looks like its basically running a mini loop, so should be able to grab the category from that I guess?

Just FYI, trying the older “Linked IMGs to Gallery Attachments” and it seems to be working fine. But I’d sooner use your version if possible, if only for the batch option.

Ah, the power of the post….

OK, resolved on the off-chance anyone has similar. My client had removed the store shortcode from their shop page for Christmas closure, which for some reason meant all hell seemed to be breaking loose in the permalink department. Added this back in and all is back to normal. Not quite sure on the logic there, but resolved nevertheless.
