I’ve requested help from the theme’s support channel, but they’ve requested FTP access to my website to rectify the issue. However, I’m hosting the site via my own home dedicated web server which is only online when I’m working on the site. Not to mention also wanting to know how to fix the issue myself instead of having it fixed for me.
I don’t see this issue as being so much as a commercial theme issue, but more of a WordPress issue as the issue can be caused by one of the many free themes available.
