I notice you do not mention the Consumer Rights Act of which you are in breach of, OR the other bad review. I notice you do not respond to your lack of a business address either…which would suggest you have something to hide.
On the basis that you could have easily taken a conciliatory stance at the outset, perhaps this could have been avoided but if you feel its a good business practice to take peoples money without providing a service/product – then that for your conscience but I will reserve the right to share my thoughts with all and sundry!
Rest assured, I have better things to do with my time than post bad reviews in the hope of a $69 refund. However, I will stand up for consumer rights where ever I can.
As such, I would ask you reconsider your position in order that we can both move on….

I am sorry but I am not going to give a company who does not have an office address or a contact no. access to my client websites as well.
And I don’t by the argument that having a tel no. for support keeps costs down. I have a two man team and we have a contact no. for issues/customer service/complaints
As I have explained in the UK you have 14 days (Consumer Rights Act) in which to return/request a refund for a faulty or non-working product. So alas, you are in breach of UK law. I asked for a refund immediately and you failed to offer it.
Alas, I cannot review the product positively, as I have NEVER used it. However, I can review your service – which I have done.
If you are happy to refund my $69, I will happily retract my views, but right now they are reflective of my experience.
Furthermore, if you continue to keep my money I will make it my mission over the coming weeks and months to alert my fellow developers and marketeers to avoid you and post on as many developer review boards as I cant – It’s not right fair and it poor business practice.

Currently using the LONDON theme on www.ads-software.com but despite my initial blog posts showing on the blog post page and in preview – they are not showing under the blog menu tab.
In fact when I hit BLOG…it goes nowhere – must be a link issue but any help much appreciated…
