As for your table, it looks like it has 100px set for both columns (https://take.ms/LiqM3). In such case, it will not work. Please check the width of the second column and unset it.

As for the % width, it sounds reasonable. Adding this to my backlog for the next updates.

Thank you for the question.
It seems that you are using Autoptimize plugin and there are some compatibility issues with WP Tables.
I will take a look and publish the fix today or tomorrow.
As a workaround, you can try to configure Autoptimize to include JS scripts in the header instead of the footer.
