I was trying to find a CSV file to reproduce the same issue, but still without success. The only thing, there is an unexpected behaviour when the CSV file contains Mac OS line endings. Could you please try to convert your CSV to Windows/Unix line endings (the following utility may help https://newline.nadav.org).

If it does not work, could you please share your CSV file with email column (via Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)?

Thanks for the feedback. Sure, I am planning to extend customizing options such as column/title colors, font size, etc. I will consider adding vertical alignment option as well.

Previously there was a similar issue if column title contains some special characters. Could you please also share a sample of your CSV file with emails column?

If you have an access to your website CSS styles, please try the following:

.jsgrid-cell {
  vertical-align: top !important;
}

Thank you for the question.
Actually, in the current version, you cannot edit imported CSV data.
But the good news is that it is already implemented for the next major update!
I think I will release it in a few weeks.
Also, cloning table feature will be included as well.

Yes, it is possible. With Link type you can use Markdown syntax to set the link text. For example:
[Series A Inserts](https://...Series-A-Inserts)
