i have the samr issue.
i follow your instructions but after the user submit the form which in the pop up it reload again. i enable the “ajax mode” to see if it will fix it but than the submit button not working.the coocke set properly soit should show only once per 10 days. can you please have a look?

I have a subscription plan that i like to set affiliates program but its only a paypal subscription button that after the user subscribe he redirect to a success page so i am a bit confuse how to do it so the aff plugin will be track and record every new successful paypal subscription and reward the affiliate accordingly.Any advice will be great!
