Hi @developernov, after updating to 2.8.8 with the UM fix they provided, you have to go at WP admin to Ultimate Member > User Roles … and “re-save the redirection link you created”. We had to do this too, to have it working back again. Hope it helps ??

@icentrics indeed it’s very confusing, unintuitive and not at all efficient, I don’t understand why they changed this ??

@shivamtyagi thanks for answering, we have checked in our security plugins: Bullet Proof Security for the .htaccess file and iThemes Security (no rebranded as Solid Security) and in both AIOSEO is whitelisted, we do not have either Cache Plugins, we can′t use them because incompatiblity with our main plugins. The only problem being faced with all our configurations and plugins its this weird thing with robots.txt file.

If we ask our server admins (hosting), what would have to ask them for?, as we are confussed. Thank you for your time.

Hi @aitpro thank you very much as always for your enormous help and advice, we have already managed to solve it, it was a server problem, they changed its permissions.

They already responded to us and solved the problem: “We have fixed the permissions on your account, and all files should now have the correct permissions“.

Everything is now working back correctly as always had.

Hi @dcka, thanks for trying to help, we use this other pro plugin: WP Job Manager Field Editor.

But with that plugin we cannot edit the expiry days of the job offers, so I think cannot bring any problem to this.

I have being rechecking new job offers published and seem to be corretly configured to those 90 days of expiry we have, so you can close this thread and we will be on it from our side during next weeks to see how it behaves ??

The form that we have to change borders colors to darker is the: [submit_job_form]

I sharing with you the shortcode as we do not have the form accible to public, only to companies registred at our site, so you cannot see, unless you register.

I think that with this info, you can know exactly the form we are trying to edit and hopefully you can give us a hand ??

Hello @yscik8, you don’t know how much you have helped us with this, we have been arguing with the companies that publish for 8 years, because they use DUPLICATE, to republish their offers dozens of times, repeating them over and over again, we have even canceled countless accounts for this and lost customers.

@hastibe thank you for your time. We do not use cache plugins at all, as we faced tons of problems with them in the past. Anyway, we included the code once more at: Admin panel > Appearance > Customize. And then cleared the browser cache, tested in Chrome (with no luck), then in Firefox, Opera GX and Edge, with no luck either. To be very honest, we have never faced a code not working when we included it, but we have tried to follow all your recommendations, without success, the menu seems to be static there, without modifying any of its options, it is very strange.?Many thanks once more ??

We are using ASTRA (pro). So we went as you recommended to: Admin panel > Appearance > Customize. This opens Astra Customize and there we went to CSS codes, where we have all our codes included, but didn′t work. Then we installed the plugin: Simple Custom CSS and JS, but didn′t work there either, maybe this information helps ??

We have proceeded to test the code and unfortunately it does not hide any menu in said section. We have even tried to modify the menu number, to see if it would resolve it, but no luck.
