It’s caused by your permalink structure. Use “Post name” structure.
Then go to CMT Settings Page and chose ..
Show All Members Full Profiles on Single Page: “No”
Then you’ll a textbox to input Members Progile Page Slug:
Put there a slug, ex: members

If you select : Show All Members Full Profiles on Single Page: Yes
Then you must have to select which page to use for Members Full Profiles and that page should have the shortcode[team-members-profile]It’ll fix your url issue.

You need to set up option in Settings page.
Got to Management Team – > Settings page and mark
Show All Members Full Profiles on Single Page: as NOSo you’ll see each member’s full profile on single page.
