I’ve installed the latest version of the plugin and set things up as before. Now, when trying to submit the form from a valid (Canada) or invalid (Australian) IP I get the same error message “parsererror” when attempting to submit the form. In other words, I cannot validly submit an Elementor form regardless of the sender’s IP address.
Yikes! Fortunately no greying-out result for me. It took me a good amount of time to pin down that this was the problem plugin because it would seem to have nothing to do with the formatting of elements on a page. Presumably, that JS that’s being employed in obfuscating email addresses is bothering Elementor!

While in the control panel of the plugin, there’s the heading “ID” and, as I’ve added each uploader configuration, the name of each has been automatically assigned IDs of “Instance 1,” “Instance 2,” etc. I didn’t realize that there was another ID (Plugin ID) that was set inside each instance. Using the term “ID” in two different places in the plugin invites confusion (at least for me!), so perhaps “Instance ID” or “Instance Name” might be a better heading in future versions of your software.
All works well now. Thank you very much for your help and for making and supporting such a needed (in the right circumstances) plugin!

Did you watch the provided video? If so, you would have seen that the two shortcodes on the page were totally different and each of them definitely has a different Plugin ID! When both are active on a page, only one currently is functional.
So, what you have stated in your reply currently isn’t true. Please investigate further; I really need your plugin to function properly!

But your recommendation is incomplete! Once debug mode is activated, how would I use it to determine if Dynamic Conditions is getting the current time? What would I do if it wasn’t?
You have partially stated a method and then not indicated how to acquire a diagnosis, nor what steps to take if that diagnosis is negative or positive!

Yes, I have installed this website (which is staging) into a sub-directory, something I typically do when creating staging sites and that has never been an issue in the past. Could this be the root of the problem?

When I’m on the Essential Addons settings page the URL is: https://demozone.ca/caprice/wp-admin/admin.php?page=eael-settings
Hope that info helps!It’s been my experience that many plugin-makers need – as a last resort – access to the dashboard of a website in order to determine what’s not functioning properly and fix the problem. How might such information be provided by me in the future if not through an email?

No, I am not using constants and I have not seen or experienced any similar issues with any other plugin or configuration settings in this website. This anomaly is exclusive to this website installation only.

I’ve noticed that it doesn’t work with Elementor 3 and that’s a showstopper for me, but I understand that Elementor are a moving target for code updates.
Please consider changing the name of your plugin to use the proper English spelling of ‘colour.’ Over 1.5 billion people in the world speak English and 67 countries deem it their official language – but only one of those spells it ‘color.’
