which is better ? is it to create a “custom-style.css” file and upload it to my site and modified it every time change is released ?

or is it better to create a child theme ??

I think its unlikely they are going to admit the were under DDOS attacks .. its bad for their reputation

I have the same problem and after over 6 hours I can not open my site and they replay after 6 hours or so , saying they are getting back soon !!!
