Hello ????,
Are you using the latest version of MailOptin? The “No email provider or list has been set for this optin.” error is usually sent if users submit an opt-in campaign with no integrated email list. If you are certain no other opt-in campaign might cause this, please open a support ticket here so we can investigate this further.

ProfilePress offers social links in custom contact fields, but they are also only available to paid users.
If you are using another plugin to create the social link it might be possible to get a shortcode from them.

Hello @yberges
The [profile-cpf] shortcode only works on our custom fields and requires the paid version of ProfilePress. If you are using the paid version, you can open a support ticket here so we can assist you further.

Hi ????
This might be a conflict with the pop-up plugin or another plugin/theme on your website. What pop-up plugin are you using? Do the shortcodes work when added directly to a page?

Hello @dreamytravelstory
You can connect your Elementor forms to Constant Contact with the free version and collect names and email addresses. See: How to Connect WordPress With Constant Contact and Connect Elementor Form to Email Marketing Software & CRM
If you want to collect additional information you will need the premium version.
Kind regards
Hey @justmigrating
This issue often occurs when the plugin’s database tables weren’t fully created during installation. To resolve this, go to ProfilePress > Settings > General, and click the ‘Fix Database’ button.
