Potrebbe essere possibile che Chrome abbia precompilato i propri campi con la funzione “AutoFill”.

It is possible that you have a conflicting rule in your .htaccess file.

Since you have FTP access. rename your current .htaccess file so that you have a backup and create a new one with the default rules in it.

You can copy and paste the following code (Default WordPress Settings)

Please try disabling all plugins but MailOptin and try re-authorising again.

Do note that if you are using the new Constant Contact v3 integration, you are only permitted to use a CC account with one site you are using mailoptin on.

That’s a limitation by CC. However, you can use the Legacy CC integration in MailOptin. It doesn’t have this limitation.

The only limitation with the legacy integration is that it doesn’t support custom fields.
