1. Can I set a different Status for the splitted order ?

You can change parent/original order status and child/splitted order status separately

2. Can I split an order, not on a product value, but on a Meta-key of an order item ?

It can split the on metakey base.

if don not create group will it work on only store bases.

If you do not assign group to any vendor, orders will be splitted on vendor base.

If you assign groups to some vendors it will split according to the groups and products by unselected vendors will remain in the parent order.

@janothemes you might have updated the plugin from plugins list and it switched you to Free version. Make sure to update the plugin with Automatic Updates plugin.

All themes do not have header.php. Maybe you are using a child theme and only parent theme has header.php. It is recommenced to copy header.php from parent theme and paste in child theme. You can add shortcode for header images in parent theme’s header.php.
